Deliveries during COVID -19
From March 23rd 2020 until further notice the following will apply to all our deliveries.
- Deliveries will be sent out each day via Royal Mail
- Deliveries after 12 Noon may not be dispatched the same day.
- We are no longer able to take collect in store orders.
- Orders are now subject to longer delivery times as follows:-
Standard delivery 2-3 Working days please allow up to 5 extra days
First class 1-2 Working days please allow up to 3 extra days
Special Delivery – We cannot guarantee that this will arrive the next day before 1pm but will remain the quickest way for items to reach you from us.
4. During Covid-19 we have been reduced to an extremely small team of two people and our priority is to get customers orders out as quickly as possible. With this in mind we may not be able to reply to your emails as quickly as you would expect. Please be patient we will get back to you.
5. Our store and phone line are now closed until further notice, you may contact us through Social Media and Email but please be patient. We are unable to reply over weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.
6. All our postal services come with limited tracking information. We are unable to constantly track parcels for all our customers, we just don’t have the time. But if you feel that your parcel may be lost or incorrectly delivered we will do our very best to find out for you.
Lost parcels during COVID-19 and processing refunds.
During this time we have to give Royal Mail the chance to deliver all parcels and we cannot class a parcel as lost until 3 weeks after the dispatch date. Only then are we able to issue a refund for the missing goods.
We would like to Tank all our customers during this difficult time. We appreciate your custom with us.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will not be dispatched until the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will not be dispatched until Monday (or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday).
Special Delivery: please be aware that the above also applies and means that any orders placed on Friday after 2pm will not be dispatched until Monday.
You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. This means that we have taken your parcel to the Post Office.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address for your order.
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address at the checkout page then please contact us via email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible as we may be able to amend the order if it has not been dispatched.
However, if the parcel has be sent and consequently ends up elsewhere, we will be unable to offer a refund.

If the parcel is returned to us we can resend it after receiving a further postage payment or refund the product amount less your postage costs.
Parcels can take up to 28 days to be returned back to us and a further 3 days for a refund to be processed.
Parcels left in safe places
We do not recommend that you ask for parcels to be left on doorsteps or safe places and we cannot be held responsible for parcels that then go missing. The post person delivering your item has the overall choice as to weather the parcel is left in the safe place. If the post person cannot find a safe place a calling card is left and the parcel is held at the sorting office.
Standard Delivery to a UK address (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland & all British Isles)
There is a standard flat rate £2.99 delivery charge to UK addresses on all orders under £50.00.
The delivery company we use is Royal Mail, Second Class (3-5 Working Days from the day the parcel leaves us). This service only lets us track weather the parcel has attempted to be delivered or delivered.
First Class Delivery to a UK address (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland & all British Isles)
There is a £4.99 delivery charge for First Class delivery to mainland UK addresses on all orders.
The delivery company we use is Royal Mail, First Class (1-2 Working Days from the day the parcel leaves us). This service only lets us track if the parcel has been attempted to be delivered or delivered.
Free Delivery to a UK address (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland & all British Isles)
There is free Second Class (3-5 Working Days from the day the parcel leaves us) delivery to mainland UK addresses on all orders over £50.00. This service only lets us track that the parcel has been attempted to be delivered or delivered.
Once your basket qualifies for this, please select the ‘Free shipping’ option at the checkout stage.
There is a £10 delivery charge for standard delivery to European addresses on all orders.
The delivery company we use is Royal Mail (up to 5 working days from the day the parcel leaves).
We now accept orders for delivery outside UK & Europe.
Shipping costs £14.99 and takes between 5-15 working days.
Please be aware that due to weight and size restrictions, we reserve the right to contact customers regarding extra postage costs if your parcel is too heavy or too large.
Collect in store
At the checkout stage, click the ‘Collect in Store’ option and you can pick up your order from our Tunbridge Wells store the next day.
Orders before 2pm will be available the next working day. Orders after 2pm will be available the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect.
If you require an item urgently. Please email or call us and we will endeavour to make sure your order is available as soon as we can.

Staff at our store in Tunbridge Wells can only deal with questions regarding collect in store orders.
All other online queries must be done by email.
