Wonderful store. I have purchased several times from here now. Customer service is always excellant only spoilt by... using royal mail as a delivery service who send you a text telling you delivery is between certain times and on a certain date and it never arrives. The same thing happens the following day without explanation as to why it never arrived the day before! So many better delivery companys out there who deserve the business and have been a God'send during the pandemic.read more

This place is amazing! I found loads of gorgeous decorations needed for a birthday party including party bag fillers.... It truly was a one stop shop. Their kitchen stuff, storage baskets and plants look really lovely too. Can’t wait to come back and browse sans kids. The lady on the phone today was also so helpful when I had limited time to come pick up my helium balloons. I asked if she could keep a few other things I had seen on my last visit ready at the cash register and she kindly did so. All I had to do was pop in and pay since I was in a hurry. One of my favourite shops ever! Always come out with things I didn't even realise I needed! Staff are always lovely... too! Social distancing in the shop at the moment is a little hard! Staff are working hard to keep restrictions in place but people seem to ignore this so probably wouldn't recommend at the moment if you are vulnerable.read more
