Fabulous Fruit

Getting your five a day is important for your health, but so is being happy – and these Fabulous Fruit soft toys are fun for play, comforting to cuddle, and cool to display as cheerful décor.

The Fabulous Fruit range was introduced by the famous British brand Jellycat in 2020, with the first launch featuring a strawberry, an orange, a pair of cherries, a banana, and an apple. This was followed by an expanded launch in 2021 featuring blueberry, melon, raspberry, pear, kiwi, and peach designs. The brand then released a plum and bunch of grapes in 2022, and a lemon and pomegranate in 2023.

While the pear was redesigned as a Festive Folly Christmas decoration in 2024, it unfortunately seems as though this collection has now been discontinued. These products will therefore become retired Jellycats.

During this time, Jellycat also launched a Vivacious Vegetable range – featuring the same style of colourful smiley produce in the form of various vegetables. Many of these are still in production.

Though they are often confused for Amuseables – the most popular Jellycat range, which also includes many fruit designs – the Fabulous Fruits are a separate collection. They both contain a squidgy filling with plastic beans, but the Fabulous Fruits are made from a stretchier spandex fabric and have embroidered eyes. You can tell Amuseables apart because they have hard plastic eyes and dangly legs.
